These bylaws are a set of rules created by the Lincoln Chapter which are meant to go in conjunction with the official Club Constitution which is created by the National Art Honors Society:
- Required minimum attendance of coming to two club meetings every month
- Student must actively participate in volunteering or other opportunities set up by NAHS
- Members must be Junior/Senior at Lincoln High School and in a higher level art class
- All members must pay a due of $5
- To receive a cord at graduation, member must be active, involved and remain in good standing until graduation date
- Members must be actively taking part in advancing the club, and making sure they do their job in whichever subcommittee they chose to be a part of
- If a member is not actively completing everything set forward by the bylaws, they will be given a warning and if there is not an improvement then their membership will be cancelled
